Design House
The Design House is where experience, engineering and practical problem-solving come together. Our multi-disciplinary team designs hydraulic solutions around the application, whether it is a single manifold or a complete system.
Every design starts with understanding the job. We consider the circuit, pressure, flow, and operating environment before selecting the right components from our nine leading OEMs. The result is a hydraulic solution engineered around the demands of the application.
And we do not stop at the drawing. Our designs move through to manufacture, turning engineered circuits into precision-machined manifold blocks and complete hydraulic solutions ready to perform.

Manufacturing
Our manufacturing division is equipped with cutting, milling, lathe, and advanced CNC machines. Here, a team of skilled machinists expertly crafts hydraulic manifold blocks and customizes equipment to meet the unique demands of specific applications.
One machined block
A circuit that would otherwise be a bench of loose valves and fittings becomes a single machined block, sized to the space it has to work in.
Fewer leak paths
A single machined block replaces the connections a loose assembly would need, and every connection removed is a leak path that no longer exists.
Less pipework
Circuits fit into the space they actually have to work in, rather than the space that a bench of loose fittings and pipe runs would demand.
Workshop
The Workshop team is dedicated to the repair, reconditioning and servicing of hydraulic equipment, ensuring that our clients receive unmatched support throughout the lifecycle of their systems.
Our support does not stop at the sale. We supply genuine aftermarket spares and carry out repairs and complete rebuilds across our range of pumps, motors and braking systems. From routine maintenance to major repairs, our in-house workshop keeps equipment working and extends the life of the components you rely on. Every item is tested to OEM standards before leaving our workshop, ensuring it is ready to perform in the field.
Stores
Axiom Hydraulics maintains a substantial stockholding of hydraulic equipment, components and spares across our portfolio. This means we can respond quickly and keep projects moving without unexpected wait times.

Circuit design
The Design House turns that brief into a hydraulic circuit and the circuit into a 3D model ready for manufacturing.
Manufacturing
Lathes, milling machines and CNCs bring the 3D model to life, transforming a simple block of iron, steel or aluminium into a precision-engineered manifold block, machined to exact specifications.
Test
Every manifold block is quality-controlled, inspected and tested before leaving our assembly room. We make sure every item meets the required specifications and performs as it should.
Support
Our Engineers, Workshop and Stores stay in the picture for the life of the system, from supplying spares and replacement parts to full repairs, servicing and reconditioning. We are here to keep your system running long after installation.
